Established in July 1, 1985 and incorporated in the state of California, Tamerica Products Incorporated (TPI) is in the business of manufacturing and distributing binding, laminating equipment and supplies for over 24 years.

Operating under the process-oriented principles of Kaizen, TPI takes pride in providing quality products and honest customer service to its customers.

TPI is well known for its reliable comb binding machines but four years ago, it also launched a new line of coil and wire binding machines. TPI has binding covers in different types of plastic material such as polypropylene, clear PVC and opaque vinyl. Paper covers in attractive buffalo board design are available in black, beige, charcoal gray, and navy blue.

To cope with customers' increasing desire for high quality and excellence, TPI continues to introduce new products to address their growing needs.

Laminating films in both roll and pouch formats and in different sizes is a huge part of TPI's business. To complement the core products, TPI provide accessories such as laminating and binding system workstations, rotary paper trimmers, badge clips and reels and other ID accessories, coil crimpers, slot punchers, business card slitters, and transparency films.

TPI manufactures innovative products, making it a leader in the industry. Print protectors made of 16-mil rigid PVC are available in over 25 sizes, great for point-of-purchase display, protecting photos, prints, even movie posters. TPI's newest rotary paper trimmer, called the TM-20, has a built in round cornering cutter.

TPI launched newly designed machines that have a two-tone color finish a more stylish contoured shape, with open throat to accommodate longer sheets and a functional front compartment. TPI started last year with the TCC2100 with the front compartment serving as a storage bin for comb supplies. Next are the two-tone TW3100 and TW2100, as well as our new look for the comb binding machines in the two tone blue and gray colors.

The Versabind is TPI's newest member in its heavy duty binding machines line-up. The Versabind machine's E-Z Slide Dies System allows the user to "quick-change" punching die formats, from plastic combs, four to one plastic coil, and three to one or two to one twin loop wire, depending on the bookbinding project. With all the features needed for spreading combs, inserting coil and closing wire included, this machine is practically an all-in one package. It comes in both electric and manual versions.

TPI's newest laminator, the Versalam 2700, a 27 inch width roll laminating machine which can be used for one or two side lamination and offers the flexibility of using films from one inch core to three inch core rolls, now comes in 13 inch and 18 inch width versions.
